Food for thought, literally.

An interesting way of thinking about why chronic aches and niggles in the body might actually be hanging around, could be due to things that one is eating & not eating and/or doing & not doing. So before one dives into that bowl of sugary cereal, or that can of soft drink / soda, or that sneaky brownie or bag of chips or highly processed bread sandwich with high fructose corn syrup laden mayonnaise, or even that glass of supposed 'healthy' fruit juice... think again. As it might be the food being eaten and the lack of food not being eaten that's largely responsible for those consistently niggling aches, pains, fogginess and lethargy, headaches, skin problems, gut issues, tinea, cardiovascular problems... you get the idea.
